Quick & Easy Vegetarian Style Pizza

Not to long ago I had a doctor's appointment. And he told me I needed to lose some weight. So, after watching a few episodes of Dr. Oz I decided to get started. What I decided on was a all protein vegetarian diet. I wasn't too happy, since I'm a meat lover but it worked out fine.

My problem was, finding something to eat. Usually all my meals consist of meat and...meat. Yeah, I love meat. So, when I was faced with this problem I decided to eat, pizza.

Now, if anyone knows me. They know I don't eat salad, onions, broccoli, spinach, carrots, lettuce, etc. So, I had a real problem.

What I ended up with was a finely chopped vegetarian pizza.

 Ingredients:
1 can of Great Value Pizza Crust Dough
1 green bell pepper
1/2 Onion (You can add the whole onion if desired)
Spinach
Fresh Mushrooms
Mozzarella Cheese

Sauce:
Ragu Traditional Sauce
Badia Complete Seasoning

Directions:
Preheat the oven according to the can's directions.
Pop the can and roll out the dough. Thin it out so it's not so thick and you get a bigger pizza.
For the sauce add the Complete Seasoning to taste in the Ragu Traditional Sauce. Stir well and put on the dough. Because the dough will stretch out some while cooking, spread sauce to the edges.
For the green bell pepper, onion, spinach, and mushrooms. Finely chop all, if desired. Some may enjoy bigger chunks more.
Add on the cheese to desired amount.
Cook until the cheese is melted and there's a golden color to the crust. Serve hot and enjoy.

Tip: For reheating use the toaster oven or oven. The microwave will make it soggy and it won't be enjoyable.
